It's a bit roomy for my little one right now, but it's great for using in mum's car as the main seat and popping the portable one in dad's car for short trips—doesn't take up much space.
We have a Palisade and our 27-month-old is using it so well! Other car seats would make him uncomfortable, but he's been great with the Daiichi for long periods. We're really enjoying family road trips now! 🧑🏻🩰

I installed it in the car myself while my husband was at work. It's lighter than our old car seat and has a clean, pretty design. Installation was a bit fiddly but totally doable on your own! My daughter wouldn't sit in our previous brand, but she settles in nicely in the Daiichi.
