Returns & Refunds

Every item we send you is brand new and factory-sealed. To keep it that way for every family, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — we never restock or resend items that have been returned by another customer.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, or turns out to be defective, we will make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery: open the order under My Orders and submit a return request, attaching a short video or photos of the issue. We will refer the case to the brand's supplier and arrange a repair or a one-to-one replacement. If a replacement cannot be sourced, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, returned via the original payment method.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page so we can pursue the matter with the courier.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under the consumer-protection laws applicable to you, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore).
