Extended Warranty Cover
Protect your purchase against accidental and mechanical damage for 1 or 2 years. Add the cover when you buy your equipment β it works alongside the free manufacturer warranty.
β What's covered
- β’ Mechanical failure (for example, the item can no longer fold)
- β’ Wheel replacement
- β’ Torn canopy or cover fabric
- β’ Faulty zipper, buckle or harness
No deductible or excess to pay on a claim.
π Benefits and limits
- β’ The maximum payout limit per claim scenario is S$500.
- β’ Each instance of a claim scenario counts as 1 claim (for example, 2 wheel replacements and 1 torn canopy fabric is 3 claim scenarios).
- β’ Cover is limited to 2 claim scenarios per year.
- β’ Term: 1 or 2 years from delivery, based on your selection.
π How to claim
Contact Little Baby customer support as soon as you notice the damage. Send us photos of the damage, a short description, and a receipt for the repair or replacement cost. We handle your claim with the insurer, and approved claims are reimbursed.
π« What is not covered
We will not pay for any claims as a result of:
- β’ Intentional damage of any kind by any Party
- β’ Damage arising from Covered Person being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, sedatives or drugs of any kind
- β’ Damage caused by improper use of the Equipment
- β’ The equipment shall not be used to engage in any form of illegal activity
- β’ Thefts and loss of equipment by any Party
- β’ Logistics and Administrative costs of any kind such as towing or process fees
- β’ Legal liability of whatsoever nature
- β’ 3rd party damages or liabilities of whatsoever nature
Cover must be purchased together with the equipment. Premiums are non-refundable once active, except where you cancel the purchase itself under our returns policy. This cover is governed by the laws of Singapore.
